I booked a room with a balcony, which was a lovely touch. the bathroom amenities, including a shower, hair dryer, and bidet, were very convenient. the staff was incredibly friendly and offered great tips for exploring the area. the atmosphere felt warm and family-oriented. Plus, the location couldn't be better—it's just a short walk to the shopping center, restaurants, and WK Lake. It’s the perfect spot for enjoying great food and vibrant surroundings!

The units at Hanoi Fiesta Grand Hotel And Spa are incredibly spacious and come with a lovely balcony, perfect for enjoying the view. the location is fantastic; it’s just a short walk from Cliffe High Street and conveniently close to various dining options. Guests can easily access local attractions, including beautiful Vietnam and WK Lake, making it an ideal spot for exploration.

huge and clean room with private bathroom and a safe, central heating, and an iron. overall particularly good and great location just next door to wk lake, food and restaurants, and accessible to food.

Stayed 12-15 May check in was quick and pleasant welcome drink fruit plate for my room! Breakfast buffet was awesome, their concierge Nguyen Chuc was excellent knowledgeable friendly positively informed overall great stay Colin Canada 🇨🇦

The room was very clean and came with an electric kettle, climate control, and an individual safe. the bathroom was well-equipped with a bath. the hotel's location is fantastic, being very close to WK Lake and a shopping center.

The location of this place is absolutely perfect for exploring the old quarters of the city. I loved being able to walk to all the main attractions and soak in the vibrant atmosphere of the streets. The room service here was exceptional, with prompt and efficient service. I also appreciated the attention to detail from the housekeeping staff, as the room was always spotless and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and catered to all my needs.

We spent our Christmas at this hotel and the holiday spirit was in the air. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering enough room for our family to move around. We also liked the key location facts as it was easy to walk to the old quarter and the lake. we enjoyed the helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.

There were some aspects of the hotel that we disliked. For starters, the noise levels were relatively high, as the building style allowed for every move to be heard.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in this city! The Best aspects were the fantastic location, just minutes away from the old quarter, walking street, and the lake, with numerous dining options nearby. The hotel was also very clean, peaceful, and equipped with great facilities. We especially loved our family connection room, which consisted of two separate rooms but with a shared hallway that could be locked for privacy. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and hassle-free.
